** Position Summary
** The Supply Control Inventory Coordinator provides customer service, inventory, receiving, distribution, and administrative support for the Health System's Surgical Supply operations. This position processes supply requests, receives and distributes materials, maintains accurate inventory records, and supports efficient storeroom operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service while working with clinical and operational teams to ensure supplies are available to support daily healthcare operations.
** What You'll Do** + Process material and supply requests for storeroom customers. + Provide responsive and professional customer service to internal departments and team members. + Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies for accuracy, discrepancies, and visible damage. + Process receiving transactions in the inventory system and confirm proper put-away of stock items. + Issue supplies upon receipt of an authorized requisition and verification of appropriate personnel.
+ Process shipping, credits, and other inventory-related transactions. + Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory and supply records. + Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy. + Perform quality control checks and report discrepancies or damaged materials. + File, organize, and maintain required documentation. + Run inventory and operational reports and assist with analyzing data. + Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
+ Collaborate with clinical and operational departments to support timely delivery of supplies. + Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

** High School Diploma or GED required.

** Licensure:
** May require a valid Virginia Driver's License depending on assigned responsibilities.
** PHYSICAL DEMANDS
** Job requires sitting/standing for prolonged periods. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills;
Attention to detail and ability to write legibly;
Ability to lift/push/pull < 20lbs. May be exposed to fumes, cold, and heat. The pay range for this role is $15.00 - $25.22 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
