At Rosewood Village Hollymead, our Maintenance Team keeps the community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for the residents who call it home. We’re looking for a dependable, hands‑on Full-Time Maintenance Assistant who enjoys problem‑solving, staying active, and working in a supportive, mission‑driven environment.

Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Some flexibility for occasional weekends or after‑hours needs)

Starting at $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Complete routine repairs and preventative maintenance
• Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep
• Maintain resident rooms and community areas
• Perform painting, patching, and minor carpentry projects
• Ensure grounds and walkways remain clean, safe, and well‑kept
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests with excellent customer service
• Support room readiness for new resident move‑ins
• Follow all safety procedures and assist during emergencies when needed

• Experience in general maintenance, building services, or related trades
• Knowledge of basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC basics)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or with a team
• Strong customer service skills and resident‑first mindset
• Senior living or multifamily experience is a plus (not required)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
