• Perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance in guest rooms and throughout the hotel to ensure the facility meets high standards of cleanliness and repair.
• Carry out guest room preventive maintenance and general clean program per guidelines.
• Utilize General Clean and Preventive Maintenance (GC/PM) checklists.
• Record, log, and file work performed, storing reports as per guidelines.
• Monitor progress and results through control systems.
• Remedy guest and associate requests and complaints efficiently and timely.
• Comply with all hotel and government operating procedures.
• Identify and report any safety hazards to management.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete required activities and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attend Continuous Improvement Meetings regularly.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and daily responsibilities.
• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties, projects, and tasks as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance capacity.
• Thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Time‑management skills to complete daily activities according to schedule.
• Effective communication skills with guests and co‑workers.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Physical strength and manual dexterity to lift/move heavy furniture.
• Dependable attendance and consistency.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
