Primary

Duties Include:

· Answer phones and handle incoming calls

· Greet visitors to the company

· Complete inner-office documentation accurately

· Assist in collection of accounts receivable

· Maintain timely communication of information with technicians, service providers, and estimators

Position Requirements

· 1-2 years+ of office related experience

· Capability to work in a face paced environment

· Ability to learn new software
