Are You Ready to Lead as a Maintenance Supervisor in Charlottesville, VA
?
We’re seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy, and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and actively participate in maintenance operations at our Charlottesville property.
- Rate:$24.00 to $26.00/hr. plus $1000 sign-on bonus (after 90 days)
- Location:
Charlottesville, VA - Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with On-call rotation)

- Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading theteam
- OverseeHVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep
- Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property
- Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses
- Respondto and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently
- Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness
Education and Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 3+years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting and refurbishing
- Familiarity with HVAC system and various appliances
- Computer proficiency
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- HVAC /EPA Certification required
