About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager capable of overseeing multiple custom home projects simultaneously, from contract to completion. This role is hands-on- ensuring every assigned build is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager is central to our homeowner experience
- Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Lead all project planning, scheduling, coordination of trade partners, inspections, and materials.
- Maintain project documentation, specifications, selections, and updates.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, cleanliness, code compliance, and scope accuracy.
- Manage punch list and warranty close-out to achieve a "zero punch list" at closing.
- Support continuous improvement by documenting and refining processes.
A successful Project Manager:
- Communicates clearly with homeowners, suppliers, and trade partners.
- Makes sound decisions, solves problems quickly, and plans ahead.
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and pride in the finished product.
- Residential construction experience (custom home experience preferred).
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read plans, interpret specifications, and manage trade partners.
- Knowledge of building codes, OSHA requirements, and safety practices.
- Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and ability to lead by example.

- Competitive salary $85,000 to $125,000 (Depending on experience)
