Are you an experienced property management leader ready to make a significant impact across a growing portfolio? Park Property Management Company is seeking a dynamic Regional Property Manager to oversee multi-family residential communities throughout Southwest and Central Virginia. As we expand across the state, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future and ensuring our communities thrive.
As a Regional Property Manager
, frequent travel to include overnight travel is necessary for this role. You will provide leadership and support to on-site staff, ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and standards. You will effectively coordinate personnel, activities, and resources to achieve community goals and maintain operational excellence.

- Oversee and support on‑site teams, ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and high standards of service.
- Manage and coordinate people, activities, and resources to achieve community objectives.
- Review and help develop annual property management plans and operating budgets.
- Approve payroll and expenditures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Lead employee selection, training, and performance management for your region.
- Maintain detailed records of management activities and ensure occupancy targets are met.
- Foster a positive customer service environment, addressing resident concerns as needed.
- Conduct monthly physical inspections of all communities in your portfolio, recommending repairs and improvements.
- Collaborate with the Regional Facilities Manager to ensure property maintenance standards are met.
- Stay informed on market trends, industry conditions, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 5 years of property management experience, including multi‑site management and supervision of at least seven employees.
- Proven track record in affordable housing management.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with a background in supervision and team development.
- Exceptional communication skills—verbal and written—with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
- Financial acumen, including experience with budgets, financial reports, and KPIs.
- Proficiency in Word Processing and On‑Site Rental Systems;
Yardi experience preferred. - Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or Associate's Degree with CPM designation.
- Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel frequently (including overnight).
- Availability for weekend staffing needs and emergencies.
- Strong attention to detail, extremely organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities through the course of the day.
- Fair but firm approach to employee and resident relations.
