Role Summary: The General Superintendent will oversee complex projects, manage teams, plan construction sequences, and ensure project goals align with JE Dunn’s strategy, vision, and values. The role involves 100% travel within the U.S. and reports to the National Aviation Vertical.
Key Responsibilities: Lead safety initiatives, manage subcontractors and staff, oversee project schedules and budgets, coordinate meetings, ensure quality standards, support project closeouts, and promote diversity and inclusion. Additional duties include managing large-scale projects, providing strategic input, and delivering leadership across multiple teams.
Qualifications: 12+ years of construction experience, 10+ years of field supervision, relevant education or equivalent experience, and valid driver’s license. Preferred: experience with Lean principles, specific trade knowledge, and advanced software proficiency.
