Job Overview
The Supervisor of Enterprise Coding and Provider Education is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of coding and provider education functions, ensuring alignment between coding accuracy, provider documentation, and organizational revenue integrity goals. This role supervises educator staff, drives education initiatives, and partners with coding, CDI, compliance, and clinical leadership to improve both documentation quality and coding outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesThe Supervisor serves as both a leader and subject matter expert, translating regulatory requirements and coding guidelines into effective education strategies for coding professionals and providers. Represents people leaders with hire/fire authority, with majority of time spent overseeing their area of responsibility and achieving goals through direct and/or indirect reports. Supervises support level employees, sets goals and objectives for other employees within the Job Area, develops solutions to routine problems, escalates more complex issues to higher-level managers, and ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports.
Minimum Requirements- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. - Experience:
7+ years of previous coding experience required.

Physical DemandsThis is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs.
The pay range for this role is $70,595.20 - $ annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
