The College Foundation of the University of Virginia is seeking a full-time Director of Development, Major Gifts to cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors for the College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences.
The role will lead a portfolio and regional board, travel 5–7 days per month, and collaborate with UVA leadership and faculty to grow philanthropic support. Hybrid work in Charlottesville with a generous benefits package, including a bonus program, is offered.
