The role manages a $48 million annual budget, oversees faculty appointments, optimizes processes across research units, and serves as the primary liaison between operational contacts and executive leadership.
Responsibilities include budget oversight, faculty appointment coordination, financial planning, data analytics, and administration of the Clinical Translational Research Development unit.
- Master's degree in business, accounting, or related discipline
- At least five years of administrative and supervisory experience
- Prior experience within UVA School of Medicine and familiarity with research administration at UVA
- Experience with budget management and financial planning
- Strong liaison and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
