Multi-Billion Dollar Manufacturing company located in the Charlottesville Virginia area is looking for an Plant Manager
JOB DUTIES- Will work with all levels of the organization in order to align the site with Commercial deliverables, while streamlining processes for more efficiency, profitability and growth
- Drive change in terms of safety, quality, and operational performance at the facility
- Lead management team (EHS, Operations, engineering, planning, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and human resources) to positively impact their functional areas and drive continuous improvement
- Use Lean/Six Sigma principles in order to better overall Operational Excellence of the facility
- Drive culture change in terms of safety, quality, and operational performance at the GOR sie
- Lead management team (operations, engineering, planning, maintenance, supply chain, quality, EH&S and human resources) to positively impact their functional areas and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years working in a plant manufacturing environment
