Are you experienced with brazing, welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly? Do you enjoy hands-on work that requires precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail? We're seeking a Brazer to join our team and help build industry-leading coil components in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
What You'll DoAs a Brazer, you'll play a critical role in assembling and brazing coil components while ensuring every product meets strict safety and quality standards.
Gather and prepare coil components, including fins, casings, headers, and hairpins, according to work orders and engineering drawings
Safely move and position coils using overhead lifting equipment
Assemble return bends, headers, distributors, and other components to specification
Perform precision brazing using a brazing torch while following detailed blueprints and SRC standards
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and grinders to support fabrication and finishing operations
Inspect completed work to ensure quality requirements are met
Push, pull, and transport coils, pallets, and carts throughout the production process
Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S and safety standards
Support team goals related to safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery
Assist in other departments as production needs evolve
What We're Looking ForRequired
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with brazing, welding, fabrication, mechanical assembly, or related manufacturing work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Steady hands and attention to detail for precision work
- Ability to safely work in a fast-paced production environment
Highly Preferred:
- Previous brazing experience
- Welding and fabrication background
- Experience operating grinders and finishing equipment
- Overhead crane or lifting equipment experience
- Ability to accurately use tape measures and other measuring tools
Don't Have Brazing Experience? If you have strong mechanical skills, welding experience, or a manufacturing background, we're willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and develop new skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Chesterfield, VA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
