Produce flyers, one-pagers, presentations, email content, and digital graphics that support Fran Dev goals

Ensure all assets are consistent with brand voice, tone, and visual identity

Manage asset requests end to end without needing to hand off to another team

Manage distribution and organization of these materials to the proper channels

Social Media Management

Post regularly and consistently on Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram across multiple company and brand accounts

Develop a content calendar to keep posting cadence steady and on-message

Monitor engagement and adjust content approach based on what resonates with the broker and prospect audience

Website Management

Regularly audit the Fran Dev website for accuracy, freshness, and functionality

Update copy, images, and listings as needed to reflect current offerings and messaging

Flag and coordinate fixes for broken links, outdated content, or technical issues

Digital Listings & Ad Compliance

Manage franchise listings and ensure all Meta and Google ad content meets legal and franchise disclosure compliance standards

Coordinate with legal or compliance stakeholders as needed to review ad copy and claims before publishing

Monitor active listings and campaigns to confirm ongoing compliance as content or regulations change

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a communications, content, coordinator, or related role (franchise development or B2B outreach experience a plus)

Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across formats (emails, social posts, web copy, sales assets)

Working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)

Comfortable managing Linked In business pages and building a content calendar

Basic familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., Word Press or similar)

Understanding of, or willingness to learn, franchise advertising compliance requirements (FTC, state franchise disclosure rules)

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning projects independently
