Adele Stichel's campaign for Congress in Virginia's 5th District is seeking an experienced Call Time Manager. The Call Time Manager will help oversee call time and follow-up, assist in planning and executing fundraising events, and play an integral role in flipping VA-05. This is a full-time, entry-level position based in Charlottesville, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the campaign's call time program from start to finish — including donor research, staffing call time with the candidate, and tracking pledges and contributions
• Execute timely follow-up, pledge chase, and acknowledgment correspondence
• Oversee data management to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all contacts
• Build upon the campaign's existing fundraising infrastructure to meet weekly and monthly goals
• Assist the Finance Team with other projects as needed

Qualifications:

• At least one campaign cycle of experience in a campaign or relevant position (internships included)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, thoughtful attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively
• Experience with Excel, Aristotle, Act Blue, or Pingdex is a plus, but not required

• Salary: $4,000–$5,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
