Sentara Home Care Charlottesville is seeking to hire a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This full‑time day shift position will be based in Charlottesville, VA.

Position Details:
Salary Range: $69,908–$116,500
Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 (eligible candidates)

The Direct Care Registered Nurse – Home Health and Hospice develops, implements, and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations. The RN manages a patient caseload through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 90 days of hire. A valid RN license in state(s) of practice is required.

• Education:
  
  Associate’s Degree (Required)
• Licensure: RN active in Virginia
• Certification: BLS within 90 days of hire
• Experience:
  
  Home Care experience preferred
• Knowledge:
  Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care; manage caseload with multidisciplinary collaboration; meet clinical standards in specific areas
