Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), the LPN provides clinical care, supports resident well‑being, and ensures compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
Key Responsibilities Include- Administering medications, treatments, and resident care
- Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes
- Coordinating with physicians, families, and care teams
- Completing documentation, assessments, and reports
- Supervising and supporting CNAs
- Ensuring compliance with care standards and safety protocols
- Supporting daily operations and shift transitions
