On a typical day, you will balance real-time clinical decision-making with team coordination and support, including:

* Providing leadership for nursing staff within the Pediatric Emergency Department

* Acting as a resource and mentor to nurses, offering guidance on complex pediatric cases and promoting clinical best practices

* Coordinating patient flow, staffing assignments, and acuity management in a dynamic, high-volume environment

* Collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

* Supporting escalation pathways and participating in critical response situations for pediatric patients

* Promoting adherence to evidence-based care standards and contributing to a culture of clinical excellence and safety

This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity pediatric setting and is passionate about developing others while maintaining strong clinical involvement.
