Registered Nurse Med​/Surg - Urology​/Oncology

Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) Traveler – 14‑week, 36‑hrs‑week assignment on nights at Sentara Martha Jefferson Medical Center, Charlottesville, VA. Salary $65/hour.

• Assess and admit patients to medical/surgical, oncology, and urology units.
• Perform daily nursing rounds, administer medications, and monitor patient status.
• Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with evidence‑based practice and documentation standards.

• Minimum 2 years recent RN bedside experience in an acute care medical/surgical setting.
• Active RN license (state license required; NC acceptable).
• EPIC EMR user proficiency.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, NIHSS (or NIHH).
• Education:
  
  RN Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN.
