** 25** ‑
** bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)** , you will provide comprehensive, high acuity care to infants, children, and adolescents with complex and life-threatening conditions. This is a fast paced, highly collaborative environment where strong clinical judgment and adaptability are essential.

In your day-to-day practice, you will:

+ Deliver  
** direct, patient centered critical care
** utilizing advanced assessment and intervention skills

+ Monitor and manage patients requiring  
** ventilatory support, vasoactive infusions, and invasive hemodynamic monitoring*
* + Perform continuous reassessment, identifying subtle changes and initiating timely interventions

+ Collaborate closely with  
** intensivists, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams*
* + Provide compassionate support and education to families navigating complex and emotional care experiences

+ Participate in  
** evidence-based practice, quality improvement initiatives, and academic collaboration*
