Clinical review and auto‑offer with 13‑week assignment. 36 hours per week comprised of nightly 12‑hour shifts. Candidates will be expected to cross‑train to Mother/Baby and may be floated to NICU (feeder/grower). 40‑hour RTO is available for time off; alternate holidays and weekends are scheduled.

• Assist with antepartum care, labor, and delivery
• Support cesarean sections (circulation)
• Manage neonatal resuscitation (NRP, magnesium sulfate therapy, newborn assessment)
• Provide post‑partum hemorrhage management and wound care
• Perform drawing of venous blood and peripheral IV initiation
• Conduct tubal ligation, cerclage, and other surgical procedures as needed
• Monitor and respond to abnormal fetal heart rate patterns
• Assist with circumcision and baby‑friendly protocols
• Maintain labor & delivery patient logs and charting (Epic)

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Labor & Delivery
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRP
• Epic charting experience (required)
• Experience with high‑risk antepartum, maternal‑fetal medicine, and fetal monitoring
• Experience in NICU (feeder/grower) and/or BLS/NRP preferred
• License: permitted to work with pending VA license; must possess a valid license before start
• BSN preferred;
  Nursys verification required for submittal

Travelers are guaranteed up to 40 hours of RTO per 13‑week contract. RTO requests must be accurate at submission time. No additional RTO after acceptance. Travelers must have a valid license in‑hand by the Wednesday before the start date.
