Job DescriptionFull‑time day‑shift RMA role on the Memory Care team. Join a stable team dedicated to supporting residents with Alzheimer's and dementia.

- Days only, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM – home by dinner each night
- Specialization in memory care enhances your skills and résumé
- Own the morning and midday medication passes in Memory Care, documenting on the MAR
- Recognize change in condition of residents who cannot self‑report and act accordingly
- Assistance with daily living needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, moving, positioning, and bed‑linen changes
- Administer medications as permitted under state guidelines
- Partner with the RCD and care team to keep dementia care consistent across shifts
- Participate in resident activities and lead them when appropriate
- Maintain resident satisfaction and meet service standards in a friendly, helpful manner
- Work closely with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of care
- Other related duties as assigned
- Active Virginia RMA certification in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing
- Age 18 years or older
- Memory care or dementia care experience strongly preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred; clear background screening required (drug‑free workplace)
- Prior experience with computerized resident documentation systems preferred
- Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) status in good standing if applicable
- Current Medication Training certification
- Positive Criminal Background Screening
