Location:
UVA Health Heart and Vascular Center - Fontaine (500 Ray C Hunt Dr., Charlottesville, VA 22903). This position supports direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, managing care and implementing treatment plans for diverse, complex patients. The role involves ongoing learning, feedback for clinical practice improvement, and initial leadership responsibilities with mentorship opportunities.

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program;
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire.Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
Licensure: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
Standing for prolonged periods, frequent travel, bending/stooping. Proficient communication, auditory and visual skills; attention to detail and legible writing; ability to lift/push/pull 20–50 lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids, and infectious disease.
Compensation and About UVA HealthThe pay range for this role is $37.51–$49.82 hourly. Individual compensation is determined by qualifications, experience, and education. UVA Health is a Magnet-recognized academic medical center with a level 1 trauma center and a broad network of facilities.
