We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a travel assignment focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Key Responsibilities- Assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry, and documenting care
- Administering medications and preparing patients for procedures
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensuring patient safety, infection control, and discharge planning
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform necessary tasks and work effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
