• Job Title: Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse
• Location: Charlottesville, VA
• Setting: Hospital
• Pay Range: 57.38 - 60.25
• Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

• Float across various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, peds med-surg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby.
• Have PICU and NICU experience and be comfortable working with pediatric patients.
• Provide exceptional patient care tailored to pediatrics.
• Adhere to UVAs float policy and hospital protocols.
• Utilize Epic electronic medical record system.
• Maintain certifications including BLS, NRP, ACLS, and PALS.
• Support nights shifts with 12-hour blocks, working four days a week.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
