Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified PICU RN in Charlottesville, Virginia, 22903!

Registered Nurse – PICU / Pediatric Float Pool

Charlottesville, VA

Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 or 48 hours per week | 13-Week Assignment

• Float to various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, Pediatric Med/Surg, Pediatric PACU, Pediatric ED Boarders, and Postpartum/Mother Baby
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to pediatric and neonatal patient populations across assigned units
• Adhere to facility float pool policies and practice within established scope of practice
• Participate in orientation modules including specialty-specific training as required
• Rotate every other weekend and every other holiday as scheduled

• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience required
• NICU experience required; prior NICU/PICU float pool experience a plus
• Active RN license in Virginia (pending license accepted; must be in hand prior to start date)
• BLS, NRP, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Dr. Brown's Infant Driven Feeding Certification required (may be submitted as pending)
• Epic EMR experience required

• Pediatric PACU experience highly preferred
• BSN preferred
• Previous experience in a pediatric float pool setting
