Emergency Room Nurse
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing services for patients presenting with acute conditions.
Assess patient needs, perform triage, and prioritize care based on clinical presentation.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
Hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
Possess at least 2 years of recent emergency room nursing experience, including pediatric care.
Certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC are required; can submit with pending certification but must be obtained prior to start.
Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Accept flexibility in shift scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
