** _Deliver expert medication therapy management_
** _for patients with complex neurologic malignancies in an ambulatory setting._

** _with neuro-oncology physicians, infusion center teams, and specialty pharmacy to optimize treatment outcomes._

** _Support advanced therapies_
** _including oral oncolytics, immunotherapies, and investigational agents._

** _Drive continuity of care_
** _across inpatient, outpatient, and infusion services-ensuring safe transitions and improved patient experience._

** _Enhance UVA prescription capture_
** _through proactive engagement with UVA specialty and retail pharmacy services._

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm.

D. from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy required. 

Experience:

No experience required. PGY-1 residency or equivalent clinical experience preferred. 

Licensure:
Virginia State Board of Pharmacy License or within 60 days of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Job requires sitting for prolonged periods;
Repetitive motion: typing. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills;
Attention to detail and ability to write legibly;
Ability to lift/push/pull less than 20lbs. May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
