Job Title: Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 2223.72 - 2334.91

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00 (D/N, Rotating)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

BLS; NRP; ACLS; PALS; 2 years PICU experience;
Pediatric PACU experience highly preferred;
Dr Browns Infant Driven Feeding Cert (pending approval with cost of $185);
Must adhere to UVAs float policy; VA license pending;
Epic experience;
Shift 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

• Provide nursing care across various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother baby
• Float between units, demonstrating flexibility and proficiency in pediatric critical care settings
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols while managing multiple pediatric patient needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting throughout shifts
