Interim Health Care of Central VA is seeking Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide patient‑centered care across Charlottesville and surrounding areas. PRN visits with 1:1 patient ratios support outcomes, flexible assignments, autonomy and ongoing CEU opportunities.
The role requires an accredited practical nursing program graduate with Virginia LPN licensure, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of LPN experience, preferably in home healthcare.
