** The Role*
* As Nurse Manager, you will oversee clinical operations for an outpatient cancer center known for its exceptional patient experience and dedicated care teams. This position requires an experienced leader who is comfortable operating with a high level of independence and professional judgment in an off-site clinic environment.

In this role, you'll provide leadership that supports clinical quality, operational efficiency, staff development, and an outstanding patient experience. You will serve as a visible presence for both patients and team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Lead daily clinical and operational activities for the Cancer Center.

+ Support and mentor a team of

This position offers a
