Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience required

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume ER nursing environment
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and maintain dependable attendance
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of emergency and urgent conditions
  • Perform triage, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and clinical standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver safe, timely, high-quality emergency care
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
  • Support patients and families with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
