** 60-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit** , you will practice in a dynamic, high-acuity environment where critical thinking and collaboration are essential. As part of a leading academic medical center, you will care for neonates requiring complex medical and surgical interventions.

On a typical day, you will:

+ Deliver  
** comprehensive, family-centered nursing care
** to critically ill neonates across a range of acuity levels

+ Perform continuous assessment, monitoring, and intervention for conditions such as prematurity, respiratory distress, congenital anomalies, and post-surgical recovery

+ Partner closely with neonatologists, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized care plans

+ Utilize advanced technologies and evidence-based protocols to support optimal patient outcomes

+ Educate and support families through highly emotional and complex care journeys

+ Contribute to a
