Role Overview- Full-time (3.5 days/week) within Monday – Friday
- Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- No nights or weekends
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Lynchburg and Appomattox, Virginia
- Estimated compensation range of $80,000 – $110,000 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
- Active, unrestricted Virginia license as a PMHNP-C
- Active DEA or willingness to obtain
- All experience levels as a PMHNP welcome to apply
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
