Local

• BLS, NRP, ACLS, PALS
• PICU and NICU experience
• previous NICU/PICU float pool experience
• Dr Browns Infant Driven Feeding Certification (pending submission accepted)
• Epic experience
• VA license (pending)
• adherence to UVAs float policy

• Float across various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother baby.
• Provide specialized nursing care for pediatric patients requiring critical or intensive interventions.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, including UVAs float policy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality pediatric care.
• Adhere to scheduling requirements, including night shifts and block scheduling where applicable.
