Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a NICU Registered Nurse in Charlottesville, VA. This assignment runs 13 weeks with 3 openings, nights shift from 19:00 to 07:00 on a 3,12-hour schedule, starting 10/12/2026, in an Acute Care Hospital with Level 1 trauma.
Pay is $2,009 to $2,239 weekly; travel required with VA or Compact license, BLS and NRP, and Epic charting experience. Nights ratios are 2–3, and magnet status details are noted in the facility information.
