  • Ensure laboratory workflows are executed consistently and in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
  • Perform bench work supporting liquid biopsy workflows, including cfDNA isolation, DNA quantification, and fragmentation analysis
  • Execute endpoint genetic assays (ddPCR, qPCR, and NGS‑adjacent workflows) and document and interpret results
  • Optimize existing assays at the benchtop level to improve performance
  • Support assay transfer and optimization within fluidic and automated systems
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to evaluate assay performance on prototype instruments
Data Analysis & Experimental Planning

  • Assist with planning experiments, troubleshoot technical issues, and clearly document findings
Scientific Communication & External Engagement
  • Contribute to grant writing, scientific publications, and technical reports
  • Prepare data presentations, posters, and talks for internal and external meetings
  • Potential for travel to customer sites to support assay evaluation, data collection, or collaborative studies, as well as attend and support relevant scientific conferences
Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (required)
  • Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent hands‑on experience
Technical Skills
  • Strong hands‑on experience with DNA or RNA based assays and workflows
  • Experience with cfDNA, ddPCR, qPCR, NGS, or related genetic analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with fluidics, cartridges, or lab‑on‑a‑chip systems is desirable, but not required
Data & Analysis
  • Comfortable with direct analysis of DNA quantification, fragmentation data, and ddPCR results
  • Experience applying basic statistics to experimental data
Additional Strengths
  • Experience with scientific publication, grant writing, and/or technical documentation
