Job Description:

Join a specialized Pediatric Peri Anesthesia team as a Pediatric Pre & Post Op Registered Nurse in Charlottesville. This 13-week night assignment places you in a 10-bed pediatric preoperative and postoperative unit, with the added responsibility of caring for children in the Pediatric Surgical Observation Unit. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend and holiday—meaning you’ll enjoy some well‑earned time off between busy nights.

You’ll be responsible for providing focused post‑surgical care, managing pediatric patient needs during recovery and observation, and ensuring smooth transitions for young patients in a fast‑paced but rewarding setting.
