The Spencer lab in the UVA School of Medicine is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to investigate Type VII secretion in Group B Streptococcus and related host-pathogen interactions. This on-site position is based in Charlottesville, VA.
Candidates should have a PhD with strong experience in bacterial pathogenesis, immunology, cellular or molecular biology, and a track record of first-author publications. The appointment is 12 months with potential renewal contingent upon funding.
