Event Service Team Member

Early Mountain is seeking motivated and hospitality-oriented servers, bartenders, and other experienced service staff for high value catering events at the winery. Early Mountain is building a team to support the increase in their full-service catering of weddings and other private events.

The event serving staff position is primarily Saturdays with occasional Fridays and Sundays, with about 10
-20hrs per week. Our peak seasons are Spring and Fall, candidates are expected to have open weekend availability in April, May, September, and October. The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, a great attitude and be interested in flexible work opportunities with very competitive pay.

Role requires transportation to Early Mountain in Madison, Virginia and will require working late nights up to 3am.

Located 30 minutes north of Charlottesville, Virginia, Early Mountain crafts premium wines while supporting Virginia’s ascent as a world-class wine region. • 21 & over preferably, 18+ required
• Prior Banquet/Catering Experience a plus, training provided
• Evening/weekend hours
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds
