Produce Associate role at Sam's Club
Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

- Maintaining inventory so that there is no out of stock and over-stock products

Maintain knowledge of products; collaborate with cross functional teams; assist with customer service and keep stock up-to-date. - Be an Expert:
Understand quality processes for produce; prepare products per standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; comply with laws and policies. - Be a Techie:
Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld devices for decisions; adapt to new tools. - Be an Owner:
Drive area performance; manage inventory; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers per policy. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Model high-quality service and energy; promote department and club experience. - Complies with company policies and ethics; uses Open Door Policy in business processes.
- Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and customers, and adapting to change.
