Role Overview

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at AEO, you bring our brand to life every day by providing guests with an amazing shopping experience. You serve as the face of the company, share your real self, and represent our values to every customer. This role is located in Charlottesville, VA.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist the team in completing daily tasks.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO’s policies and procedures.

• Passionate about interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• At least 16 years of age.

• Actual starting pay is determined by experience and location.
