This role involves stocking freezer, cooler, and deli areas, ensuring temperature control, product availability, and clean, safe, member-ready displays. In the deli department, you’ll be on the front lines of customer service and help ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area; receive and stock merchandise; set up, clean, and organize product displays; remove damaged goods; price and sign merchandise; complete required audits and documentation; and secure fragile and high-shrink items.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues while promoting the company’s products and services.
• Follow policies related to freezer/cooler areas, including food handling, equipment operation and sanitation, cold chain procedures, cleaning, and reporting issues to Management.

• Ensure high-quality products are available and well-presented for members.
• Maintain proper temperature control and verify expiration dates; dispose of lesser-quality products as needed.
• Stock and display products in proper containers and maintain clean, organized areas.
