We’re looking for a part-time Retail Associate who enjoys working in a warm, creative retail environment. In a small shop like ours, this means helping customers feel welcome, caring for the space, supporting daily shop operations, and contributing to the store's overall rhythm.

The right person is friendly, curious, and attentive to detail — someone who enjoys interacting with people, working with their hands, and keeping a space beautiful and organized. A sense of curiosity, follow-through, and humor goes a long way here.

• Greeting customers and creating a warm, welcoming in-store experience
• Assisting customers with products, makers, and shop offerings
• Maintaining thoughtful merchandising and overall shop presentation
• Restocking shelves and keeping inventory accuracy through careful product handling
• Receiving and organizing deliveries
• Supporting online order fulfillment and Shopify orders
• Assisting with shop events or classes when needed
• Keeping the shop tidy, organized, and ready for customers
• Communicating with the store manager and team about daily needs
• Weekend and weekday shifts available

• Enjoys working with people and creating a positive customer experience
• Is reliable, organized, and comfortable handling multiple small tasks
• Has a strong eye for detail and presentation
• Communicates clearly and works well in a small team
• Has an appreciation for design, craft, and thoughtfully made objects
• Brings a positive attitude and a good sense of humor
• Retail experience is helpful but not required
