** Position
Purpose:
** Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. Whether directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering customer questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance, these positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities.
Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, Customer Service Representative, Door Monitor Associate and Associate Coordinator.

** Onsite** – These roles offer the opportunity to be part of a team at a specific physical location. Associates in these positions work in person at a local store, warehouse, or office, supporting daily operations and building strong relationships with their teams.* ## ONLINE ASSESSMENT As part of the application process for this role, there will be an on-line assessment. The assessment usually takes about 17 minutes to complete.
You will be directed to the assessment link immediately after submitting your application. Once you click on the link, you will need to complete it within 72 hours after starting it. You may stop and restart the assessment as many times as you like within the 72-hour time frame.
During the assessment, we’ll ask you questions about your approach to work and various work-related situations. The questions are based on characteristics that are related to performing successfully in hourly roles at The Home Depot, including:
