Store Managers lead by example in executing the company’s selling model, ensuring an engaging and personalized customer experience that drives sales and loyalty;
Store Managers coach, develop, and inspire their team to meet company standards and adopt strong selling behaviors to achieve KPI goals by setting expectations, giving feedback, and creating a high-performance sales culture focused on exceptional service and results;
Leverages internal hiring platform and actively recruits to build a strong network of external candidates to fill positions timely, when required;
Hires, develops, and leads store associates, ensuring excellent customer experiences and overseeing operations while maintaining brand standards;
Store Managers explain and demonstrate company policies and procedures and achieve and exceed sales goals by leveraging product knowledge, customer service skills, merchandising, and strategic selling techniques
