Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support our Retail Operations team. In this field-based role, you will execute planograms, set displays, and maintain product presentation to maximize in-store sales for our retail partners. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating product, placing signage, completing basic inventory tasks, and reporting results through mobile tools. Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and product layouts in assigned retail stores
• Stock, rotate, and front product to ensure on-shelf availability and visibility
• Set up displays, signage, and promotional materials to drive sales
• Conduct basic inventory counts and report on out-of-stocks or issues
• Capture and submit in-store data and photos using company tools
• Communicate with store management to coordinate merchandising activities
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant merchandising areas
• Follow route schedules and complete assignments within set timelines
