Mattress Firm is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Coach, train, and develop sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive mattress and accessory sales through consultative selling and product expertise
• Oversee merchandising, inventory accuracy, and store presentation standards
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing levels to meet traffic and service needs
• Ensure accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and adherence to loss prevention policies
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement action plans
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction
• Execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase traffic and sales
• Promote Mattress Firm's culture, policies, and safety standards within the store
