A Part-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you'll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.
Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
Serve as the face of the company
, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands.
