Independent Sales Representative

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Independent Sales Representative located in Charlottesville, VA, with opportunities to work remotely. Responsibilities include demonstrating CUTCO® products, generating new sales leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Representatives also have the flexibility to manage their own schedules and grow their skills through interaction with customers and ongoing training support.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Sales and marketing skills, with experience in customer service or retail being a plus
• Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and effective time management skills
• Basic presentation and demonstration skills to showcase products efficiently
• A willingness to learn and adapt, with a focus on personal and professional growth
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
• Previous experience in direct sales or commission-based roles is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
